“No Longer Under The Gun” is a trauma-recovery focused podcast for victims and survivors of gun violence; hosted by a victim and survivor of gun violence, Clarence “C.J.” Eversley. The aim of this podcast is to create a space for dialogue of healing, restoration and hope through lived experience of overcoming the effects of gun violence; and raising awareness of how to find resolve for gun violence in our communities.

    A Prayer for the Nations

    Earlier this week as I was seeking the LORD for a topic for the next episode for this podcast, I felt led to do a "prayer for the nations". There have been 39 mass shootings in 2023 thus far, and we're only in the month of February. Our nation needs healing, our communities need restoration, emotional rebuilding and revival. There are principalities( I will explain in the podcast what a principality is) that I will be praying against (see below). 1. The Principality or spirit of suicide. 2. The Principality or spirit of homicide (murder and mass shootings). 3. The Principality of wickedness and evil. Please join me in prayer on this episode of the podcast, as we beseech the LORD for healing for our nations and communities.

The aim of this podcast is to create a space for dialogue of healing and restoration, for individuals and communities stricken by gun violence. This podcast will also endeavor to explore ways to eradicate gun violence through public education and community engagement.
