    These are the things you go to. When it comes to back pain and sciatica. This is just my Journey.

    My listeners and all of my episode you expect to hear about my pain. My boring life at times. The good things that God have done for me and will continue to do. Trying to understand my whole life of 45. Did not expect none of this did not see my life this way but not going to complain I'm going to try my best to Rise Above This. So follow my sister on her journey to see what God have in-store for her.

    My ex by disappeared out of my life approximately 8 years and think that you could come back in.

    I just have to let him know what type of person I am. And I will no longer live in my old life. I do not want anyone around that continue to live in the past. I have never had eyes for someone that did not belongs to me. And we woman have to put a stop 2 the disrespect. That these guys expect of us because we are worth more then they will ever know. We are the one that God trusted to bring another life into this world.

    The day I realized that I had to let my friend go.

    I truly believe we as woman has the right to respect each other to respect over self and things we do to each other. I will not go in to any of my sister's house our brother house Broken something and did not offer to pay back for it. That is not being loyal. And because I'm learning with age I just know it's just certain people I do not wish the hive around me. I am also going and I am aware that people make mistakes. But if we do not learn from our mistakes. What are we really doing.
