    Episode 4: May I begin

    If we really like doing something then we owe it to ourselves to continue with it and afcourse there will be breaks and setbacks and slumps but I think we can always begin again. As long as we’re ready to try again, we’ll have successes and improvements. And during this journey, whoever wants to stay will- no matter how many times we need to or want to restart.

    Episode 3: Real

    Sometimes we just feel sad and done with everything! And the smallest things happen to cheer us up. I just had a similar slump. If you have went through it before, I hope you do not feel that hurt again, and if you are going throught it right now, I hope you eventually feel better. Take care 3
