Em shares the story of Charles Howard 'Smitty' Schmid, Jr., an inexplicably charismatic, sub-standard Elvis impersonator with pedophilic tendencies, who somehow convinced local teens to party with him, young girls to hand their paycheques over to him, and naive accomplices to commit impulsive murders with him.
