    #22 Owning Inconsistency [and Still Win Long Term]

    Picasso painted 13,500 paintings and about 100,000 prints and engravings [Source: CNN Style].  Did he need a scheduler to remind him to paint?  Let me present my arguments for being consistent and then present why being inconsistent over the long term is the way to release the pressure and actually CREATE. WHAT YOU'LL UNCOVER... -What purpose really means to drive you and how giving yourself grace for imperfections and inconsistency will see you win long-term -Why trying to max out all your work is going to burn you out -Business, content and life is ART, not a RACE so why compare yourself to everyone else? -What the lowest level of order in your life looks like and why chaos may be reigning supreme -Why rituals, routines, habits, and behaviors are so harped on in personal development but that is ONLY THE START  -How being consistent is good and bad -Why being inconsistent is, truth be told, just how we all operate and to be OK with that The long-term effects of staying in the game as well as producing are KEY but you're going to do it...     #21 Are You Lead Generating? I'm Getting $2.13 Leads...Unpack THIS!

    So my cost per lead at the moment is about $2.13-2.83. I have also had them below $1 all using Facebook ads. Is this too cheap or is the lead high-quality or am I hitting it out of the park? What do most people leave out when considering what a Cost Per Lead [CPL] should ACTUALLY contain so you don't go broke acquiring new leads! Let's examine some basic metrics [I suck at math so feel free to correct me!] that will help in growing your business. This is especially important if you're scaling, looking for new clients and want long term growth in any market. I personally only focus on a few key metrics to know if I am winning or not and what to spend and when.
