    How do we rest?

    What is rest? How do you rest and why is it different from anybody else? Why is it that some people feel most at rest when running? Or on a beach? We quickly learn that individuals all experience the feeling of rest in many different unique ways.  Collectively, we know that rest is essential to being a fully functioning, well-rounded human being. However, then why do some of us never feel rested? We go over some of these topics and more in this weeks episode!!  After listening to this episode, you'll be thinking about what rest means and feels like to you and the people around you! What a beautiful thing as  humans, we have to do to survive.     Perception of others, reflection of self

    Thank you for joining us for our first episode!! We all have put in a lot of work to get here and we cannot wait to share what is on our mind. On our very first Pointless Pondering episode, we discuss how we perceive others and what comes along with doing so.     Who the heck are we???!!

    I know you're probably thinking, why this podcast and not another one?? I'll tell ya that this one will have you feeling all the feelings and increasing your serotonin levels to the max. Simply put, the five of us are just a group of pals navigating life together, questioning everything, and laughing along the way. We intend for each of our episodes to bring different perspectives from our big brain conversations. None of us really know whats going on but like also we kinda sorta do...?
