Each month, my guest and I will put together some sort of list, ranking, or otherwise fun conversation, usually related to that month's main episode. These will be released on the 28th of each month, and hopefully will be the dessert you've been missing after the main course episode two weeks earlier! To kick off SBRGP Season 4, I thought it would be fun to go back to revisit and recap the games I played with my guests during Season One, Two, and Three of Smashing Bricks. Regular guest Anthony LaBella joins me for this Season Three ranking, and he's seeking redemption for dissing Crash Bandicoot in episode 18. I, on the other hand, am on a redemption arc for my most controversial verdict since Super Mario Sunshine, giving FFIX a little more love this time around. Anthony has played all but one of the games on this list, despite only being on the podcast for two of them. It was fun to get a third opinion on most of these, and to come up with an official Smashing Bricks game ranking for the third season. We'll be doing the same for Season 4 and all future seasons, and I hope you'll all take a minute to make your own rankings and share them in the Discord! The genre is a little sparse compared to say, JRPGs, but we made it work, just like in the Old West. (Why am I so eager to add Westerns to Western RPGs?)
