KWYA Livestream 24 This episode was originally recorded on the 3rd of April 2022, and we are now re-sharing it as part of the new Social Media Platforms - now solely dedicated to KnowingWhoYouAre.  In this livestream, we discussed the subject of regret. We shared our own regrets, the things we had in common and we had many lovely callers and listeners contribute to this by sharing their own experiences and how regrets from the past have affected their lives. More importantly, we discussed how looking back in the past has helped us shape our present life and we focused on what we can learn from the past and how we can use regret to improve life today. Many friends from Ershad’s music career also participated in the show, which lead to the subject of music and we even did some live songs. A wholesome show with no regrets whatsoever!  We welcome you to watch the whole show!  KnowingWhoYouAre founded by Ershad Alamgir is a wellness podcast series geared towards inspiring personal growth.  We would like to invite you to join us on our journey and take advantage of the wisdom from the many people around the world who have thus far participated in our podcasts as well as our live podcasts.  Our Website: https://bit.ly/KWYA YouTube: knowingwhoyouarepodcast Instagram: www.instagram.com/knowingwhoyouare/ Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/KnowingWhoYouAre.ErshadAlamgir Copyright 2024 by KnowingYouWhoAre

Why Write it Down? - Four research-based journaling habits that can have long-term benefits.

Betweeb Us - Episode 1 You buy the notebook. You sit down to write. And then… nothing. What are you actually supposed to put on the page? How do you stop journaling from becoming another habit you start enthusiastically and quietly abandon a few days later? In the first episode of Between Us — Questions Worth Asking, Conversations That Matter, Esther and I sit down to talk about four simple but effective journaling habits that can make writing feel less intimidating, more meaningful, and much easier to return to regularly. This isn’t about filling pages for the sake of it. It’s about learning how to use journaling as a way of noticing your thoughts, making sense of experience, asking yourself better questions and, perhaps, understanding yourself a little more clearly. We explore what to write when you feel you have nothing to say, why some approaches to journaling work better than others, and how a few small changes can turn the blank page from something daunting into somewhere you actually want to return to. So if you’ve ever wanted to journal but found yourself staring at the page wondering, “Where do I even begin?” — this conversation is for you. Stay with us until the end, because the final habit may be the simplest one of all, but it could completely change the way you think about journaling.
