This town of Apple Valley is quiet, quaint and a tourist attraction. Great place to visit filled with lovely people and some unlovely people. If the Valley could talk, I would expose every secret, affair, scandal, heartbreak and facade that's hidden behind the smiles and warm welcomes. But, what do I know? I am the Valley that hears all, sees all, but never claims to know it all. I can't interfere, but I can tell you the real stories of Apple Valley.

    Ep 2: Baby, Baby, Baby

Babies are born into the light. They leave the warm, dark and squishy nest just to be thrust into this thing called “life”. Some babies are welcomed into loving arms, while others are born into chaos and pain. Some babies have a beautiful beginning with their maternal life machines, while others struggle to connect. Valerie, the apple of her mother’s eye, was born on the day of the Festival of Love. She was seen as the perfect summation for a passionate mother and a dedicated father. Meanwhile Opal was born on Halloween. She was seen as the consequential “oops” from a night of drunken bliss. Ep 1: The Theatre

Most stories begin with once upon a time, or it all began with, or in the beginning. But we all know that a true story never actually begins, it evolves from its natural situation or consequences or choices. So, this story is simply about a town and its people. The town of Apple Valley as many towns may have been around for hundreds of years, with its people always believing that what was done behind closed doors is in secret or in the dark. The truth is I can see, I can feel, and I know every secret that has lined the streets of Apple Valley. Let me start at the local community theater called Apple Valley Little Theatre. The whole town has gathered for their annual festival. You’re probably thinking it is the festival of Apples, well that would make sense but that’s not what Apple Valley is actually known for. The Festival of Love was a national tourist treasure. Thousands of people traveled near and far to witness the planned festivities, parade, Valley Creek of Love and placing antique locks on the RiverLot Bridge. This was the moment for the small community theatre to be the star of festivities. The director, Alisha Davis, had written a play based on the lovers that founded the town.
