    How do we get started or keep going? In this conversation our anonymous change-maker reminds us we aren’t alone in our struggle to take action. As sustainability champions, we dream big and often have clear visions. However, as big as our dreams and clear as our visions might be, the enormity of the task can slow us down. This is critical, because as long as oil is the cheapest solution we will keep using it to create plastic materials. Chitosan, found in shrimp shells and mushrooms, is one of the most abundant resources on Earth and is the key ingredient to this process! EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility): Creates an accountability for packaging and consumption through a fee structure. While it is important for all to be accountable (including the individual), producers must make changes to help us all be sustainable in how we live each day.
