    Chapter 3 Learning

Learning happens everywhere.  Lasting learning is through experiences. Our educational systems (societal inputs) as well as your "everyday interactions" all play into who you are.  Where you place your attention and your attitudes ultimately give you background knowledge or learning.  The path is varied and full.  How do you learn best?    I imagine it is through connections you make as you travel this life path.  Remember, you have choices...we all do!  If you let your reaction be automatic you are giving your present ingrained self control of your emotions, behaviors and especially attitudes.  Look, feel, know, be aware of the opportunities you have to choose how you want to react. Awareness is the first step..... Slow down and be aware. Your emotions are your indicator and, you do have free will to chose your reaction.     Love and Light

    Chapter 2 Heart Love

This chapter is about being true to your inner self.  Your connection to your higher self and experiences we have here on earth.  It is about seeing the forest among the trees. What is happening in your life may appear as "bad" or "undesirable" but in essence you have brought that experience to you for a deeper message.  Everything we all go through is an experience our soul has either agreed to before birth or has decided to experience along the way.  In no space or time there is not good or bad....there is just the emotions and experiences.  I still have wonder about this yet do believe free will is very present.  Perception and reaction is a choice.  Your / our beliefs are culturally, family, individually learned.  A belief is a though you keep thinking......What if your change that thought and changed your belief? I wrote this book in early 2005 or 6 I believe.  I wrote it to help me and others ponder experiences.  It often helps to write your ideas, feelings, and thoughts down on paper.

    Chapter 1 Emotions & Love

Emotions are our barometer or instrument to feel our alignment with how source is viewing the situation.     Here on earth the reason we are here is to feel and experience.  Not to judge "good or bad" but to feel, relax and let go.
