Episode One - Build Your Weapons! Writing a Metal Kitchen Epic!

Join Mick in the opening episode of Kitchen Metal as he begins his quest to make the greatest Thrash Metal album ever recorded in his kitchen. For advice he chats in depth with Doug Helvering - yes, that Doug Helvering - Dr Doug of 'The Daily Doug' from YouTube - who delivers sage advice about creating music that tells a story, and much more. There will be swear words, and decisions in the process that will just slightly grate on audiophiles....
