Our Giving Is Worship, Seed and Breakthrough | Ps Mark Collard | Impact Sunday - 11th October 2026

Giving that costs nothing isn't really giving. And it isn't really worship. In this Impact Sunday message, Ps Mark Collard builds a theology of generosity around three simple but weighty ideas: our giving is worship, our giving is seed, and our giving is often the key to our breakthrough. He opens with 2 Corinthians 9 — the call to hilarious, overflowing, freely-given generosity — and traces it through David refusing a free offering at Araunah's threshing floor ("I will not present burnt offerings to the Lord my God that have cost me nothing"), through the feeding of the five thousand, and finally to one of the most striking stories in the Old Testament: the widow of Zarephath who, with her last handful of flour, gave first — and never ran out again. There's also a principle here that goes beyond money: abundance does not grow in times of abundance. It grows when you choose generosity in a season of scarcity. This message will challenge and encourage you wherever you are with your giving. Five Ways to Stay in Joy in Difficult Times | Ps Mark Collard - 4th October 2026

Everything's falling apart. Yet I will rejoice. That's the statement Ps Mark Collard builds this message around — the final verses of Habakkuk, a prophet writing into total economic and national collapse who somehow lands on a declaration of exuberant, dancing, spinning-for-joy rejoicing. Not in his circumstances. In his Saviour. This message explores why joy is not a feeling you wait for but a choice you make — and it unpacks five practical keys to staying in joy when life is genuinely hard. There's also a moment of rare pastoral honesty as Mark shares something that hit him like a revelation after over 40 years of faith: "I'm learning that what I care about, God cares about." If you're feeling weary, worn out, or like the enemy has stolen your strength without you even noticing how — this message is for you. A Channel of God’s Favour | Ps Steve Graham | The Favour Effect Series - 4th October 2026

God's favour isn't just for you. It's meant to flow through you. In this message from The Favour Effect series, Ps Steve Graham reframes what it means to live under God's favour — not as a personal blessing to accumulate, but as a channel to unlock blessing in the lives of the people around you. He traces the concept through the Old Testament: Noah saving his generation, Moses seeking favour and finding it, Daniel receiving favour with officials in a pagan empire, Esther saving a nation. But the main case study is Joseph. At every stage — Potiphar's house, prison, Pharaoh's palace — the same process is at work: God's presence and kindness opens doors of favour with people, which creates opportunities to use God-given gifts, which then unlocks blessing in the environment. And by the end of his life, Joseph understood what it had all been for. "You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good — the saving of many lives." The journey from receiving favour to channelling it is the journey of every person called by God. And God has already wired into you a unique, multifaceted blend of grace gifts — a fragrance the master perfumer designed specifically for your world. The question is whether you'll discover it, develop it, and let it loose. Walk with God | Ps Binu Thampy - 27th September 2026

Walking with God is not just a moment when you started your journey. It's a daily lifestyle — and it's the best way to live. In this message, Ps Binu Thampy traces the concept of walking with God from Adam and Eve all the way through to Enoch, Noah, Abraham, David, and into the New Testament — and shows that the whole thread of the Bible is God's desire to walk with us. Not just to save us, but to be with us every single day. He answers the questions we quietly ask: Does God really want to walk with me? Do I have to be perfect? How do I even start? And then he builds a picture of what it looks like when you do — four natural symptoms of a life lived close to God. Confidence that doesn't waver when the bad news arrives. Joy that doesn't depend on your circumstances. A prophetic sensitivity to hear God's voice at the crossroads. And a blessing that flows from who you are in him, not what you can accumulate. Wherever you are in your walk tonight, this message is an invitation to come closer. Let God Build and Let God Bless | Ps Sam Malcolm - 20th September 2026

What if the Psalms were the greatest playlist ever made? In this message, Ps Sam Malcolm opens up Psalm 127 — a wisdom psalm — and unpacks one of the most freeing truths in Scripture: let God build, and let God bless. From a summer CD-burning nostalgia trip to the hustle culture videos filling up our Instagram feeds, Sam traces a line between the way the world tells us to build our lives and what Solomon, the wisest person who ever lived, says about it. Unless the Lord builds the house, the work of the builders is wasted. That covers everything — career, family, finance, ministry, even where your kids go to school. The good news? God gives rest to his loved ones. He enjoys it. And the wisest thing you can do tonight is not to work harder, but to put it in his hands — and trust that the maker of heaven and earth is watching over your coming and going, both now and forever. Three Keys to Walking in God's Favour | Ps Mark Collard | The Favour Effect 20th September 2026

God's favour is not something you earn. But there are ways to position yourself under it. In Part 3 of The Favour Effect series, Ps Mark Collard uses the story of Nehemiah to share three practical keys for living under an atmosphere of God's favour — not just on Sundays, but on Mondays, in the workplace, in your family, and in every season of life.  The image he keeps coming back to is an umbrella: God has already put the covering up. The question is whether you've repositioned yourself to stand under it.  Through Nehemiah's prayer of humility, his bold expectation before the king, and the king's response — 12 years of leave, letters of protection, all the timber he needed, and an army escort he never even asked for — Ps Mark builds a picture of what it looks like when God's gracious hand is upon a life. And then he brings it all the way home with one simple, challenging word: faithfulness. Because favour, it turns out, doesn't follow the brightest or the loudest. It follows the ones who just keep showing up. ABOUT EQUIPPERS CHURCH SURREY We believe that Church is where you can encounter the love of Jesus and find out who you were created to be. Favour Is for Purpose, Not Just Comfort | Ps Mark Collard | The Favour Effect Series - 13th September 2026

Favour is not merely for your comfort. It's for the assignment God has placed on your life. In Part 2 of The Favour Effect series, Ps Mark Collard picks up where he left off — recapping what God's favour actually is (a shield, a lifetime canopy, goodness and mercy that pursue you even on your worst days) — before making a shift. Favour, he says, is unreasonable: 1 + 1 = 100. It can't be earned, explained, or manufactured. But the key thing he wants to land is this — favour and purpose always go hand in hand. The moment you reduce God's favour to a nicer life, a better car, or fewer problems, you've missed the point. Ps Mark traces this through the story of Esther — an orphan girl whose entire life was stacked with favour she never asked for or worked for, not so she could live comfortably in the palace, but so that when the moment came, she would have everything she needed to save a nation. When the king offered her up to half the kingdom, she didn't ask for money, a palace, or first-class travel. She asked for the lives of her people. Because she knew: favour is for assignment. Did You Name Them? | Ps Monica Collard - 6th September 2026

If you haven't put a name on something, it ends up in lost property — or someone else claims it. In this message, Ps Monica Collard opens with a simple analogy about school uniforms, lost caps, and the frustration of watching something valuable sit unclaimed. Then she takes it somewhere unexpected: Numbers 6, where God gives Aaron and his sons an exact template for blessing the Israelites, and tells them — "So they will put my name on them, and I will bless them." The question she keeps returning to is this: did you name them? Psalm 24 says the earth and everyone in it belongs to God, but whose name is actually on the people in your class, your family, your workplace, your neighborhood? Monica unpacks what biblical blessing actually is — not a ritual, not a vague "bless you" when someone sneezes — but a spiritual impartation that speaks God's heart, shifts atmospheres, and reveals who people truly belong to. This message will change the way you pray for the people around you.
