From $4K in Profit to 6 Figures : Jaime's Story

How She Built a 6 Figure Business with Jaime Fenwick What if growing your business didn't mean working more hours, sacrificing time with your family, or constantly feeling overwhelmed? In this episode, I'm sitting down with my longtime coaching client, Jaime Fenwick, founder of Bringing Inspiration Home, to share her incredible journey of building a thriving retreat business while homeschooling her three children. After years of trying to make her business work, Jaime went from earning just $4,000 in profit in 2025 to generating over $200,000 in revenue in 2026. She sold out three walking retreats in just two months, expanded her offerings, and did it all while working approximately 5–10 hours a week. But this conversation isn't just about the money. It's about what becomes possible when you stop believing that success has to come at the expense of everything else that matters. In this episode, we explore: Jaime's journey from struggling entrepreneur to building a six-figure retreat business What shifted after years of building her business The role of self-trust, mindset and intentional decision-making in her growth How she's navigated entrepreneurship while homeschooling three children Why more hours don't necessarily equal more revenue What it looks like to pursue big ambitions while honouring your values and priorities Jaime's story is such a beautiful example of what I call Restful Ambition™ — building a profitable business that supports the life you want to live. My Belief was in the S*****r

In this episode, I share the real story behind a season in my business that I did not see coming. After a disappointing high-ticket mastermind experience, my belief took a hit. I pushed forward, kept serving, kept creating, and on the outside it looked like I was still winning. Inside, I was quietly convinced that my biggest success was behind me. My coach recently held up a mirror and said the thing I needed to hear. My belief was in the s*****r. The results I was experiencing were simply reflecting that truth. If I wanted to grow again, I needed to upgrade not my strategy, but my belief in what was possible. This conversation explores: • How sales trauma can shrink our capacity for expansion • Why belief directly influences revenue, opportunities, and momentum • The moment I decided to do the belief work again • What changes when we stop playing to protect ourselves and start playing to grow I am naming a new goal for myself that feels bold, thrilling, and a little bit scary. Four hundred thousand dollars a year. I am committed to believing it into reality because belief creates the gap that strategy and action can fill. If you are feeling stuck in a version of success that no longer reflects your potential, you are not alone. Your belief may just need a reset too. If you are ready to uplevel what you believe is available to you, come join me. Let us rise together. If you want support with your next level, send me an email at heather@heatherboersma.com and tell me where you are at. If you are not sure what your next step should be, book a free twenty minute introductory call so that we can define it together.
