It is my assignment and I accept the challenge. I am up to the challenge.  Shifting critical communications from dry data to memorable narratives that stick with a team is a worthy cause. It takes a few sessions before some leaders can recognize the application of personal stories. For some, the delay is a reluctance to be transparent, authentic and vulnerable.  For others, the delay hides in the apparent simplicity of storytelling as a leadership tool.
