    23. Launching with Ease and Pleasure

This week, I'm taking you behind the scenes of my first Brilliance mastermind launch and my first in-person client retreat. When I launched Brilliance, I had just gotten back from Egypt. It was the holidays. Nick was sick. Teo had his first recital. I was already fully booked with one-on-one clients. In terms of available time, energy, capacity, it was not the "ideal" time to launch. Instead of forcing a bigger launch or waiting for a more convenient season, I chose something different. I built my launch around the season I was actually in. The result: I sold out my mastermind in 4 days without doing the most. It was one of the most easeful and fun launches I've ever had. Inside, I explore: 🍯 Why I stopped treating every launch like I was starting from scratch 🍯 How to leverage your unfair advantages instead of trying to do everything 🍯 Why your business should be built around your current season, not someone else's blueprint 🍯 The difference between strategic effort and unnecessary effort 🍯 What selling out my mastermind and hosting my first client retreat taught me about sustainable business growth 🍯 Why ease and pleasure aren't the opposite of ambition. They can become your strategy. The lesson isn't that you should launch like I did. The lesson is that your launches should be built around your unfair advantages, not someone else's. This episode is a reminder that your business doesn't need you to do the most and follow all the strategies. Your business needs you to know yourself deeply enough to build around your strengths, your capacity, and the season you're actually in. 🪭 If you're ready to go deeper... 22. Growing Your Business in a Low-Capacity Season

Honestly...the past few months have humbled me. Norovirus. Laryngitis. Completely losing my voice. My toddler son having unexpected and prolonged sick days away from daycare. Canceled work days. Rescheduled plans. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I found myself telling myself what I often tell my clients - something that's completely shifted how I think about time, entrepreneurship, and motherhood: What if this isn't a "low-capacity season"?What if this is simply...my current season? In today's episode, I share what building a business as a toddler mom has taught me about getting to my ambitious goals with limited time and energy. I talk about asking for support, and why constraints have actually made me a better (a more creative) entrepreneur.  Maybe it's motherhood, maybe it's caregiving for your family, or navigating chronic illness or health situations, or maybe you're doing a lot of traveling, people are visiting you, whatever it is... If you've been feeling behind, stretched thin, or comparing yourself to an older version of yourself with more time and energy, this episode is for you. Inside, I explore: 🌊 Why I stopped calling it a "low-capacity season" 🌊 How constraints can unlock your greatest creativity 🌊 The 80/20 principle that's transformed how I prioritize my business 🌊 Why the A+ student mentality doesn't work in entrepreneurship 🌊 How leaning into your unfair advantages creates more ease and momentum 🌊 Why your current season deserves to shape your strategy This is your reminder that your life doesn't have to be seen as "getting in the way" of your business. Your life gets to be the context your business gets to grow inside of. 🪭 If you're currently growing your business in a "low-capacity season" and wondering where to go from here... 21. Unclench Your Grip: How Surrender Makes Space for Miracles

Ok we are so back!!! Season 2 is hereee. Can't wait to catch up. Today I share a story from my recent trip to Egypt that felt like a wink from my ancestors, "You think you know it all? Let me show you something even BETTER." I share the play-by-play of how my perfectly laid plans for luxurious rest quickly unraveled into pure delirious chaos in Cairo, which somehow led me down a rabbit hole to the most aligned, expansive, and surprising experiences I could have never planned for myself. This episode is about control and surrender. If you’ve been gripping tightly to a plan, timeline, or outcome, this one is for you. Inside, I explore: 🪽 Why surrender isn’t giving up 🪽 The difference between taking aligned action vs. forcing plans and outcomes 🪽 How your need for control and certainty can actually block the very things you desire 🪽 The balance between your strategic mind and your receptive self 🪽 Why miracles don’t respond to urgency, and instead what it responds to 🪽How to work with your “inner GPS” without needing to map every step This is your reminder that you don’t need to know every turn to get where you’re going. You need a direction, a willingness to move…and the courage (and support) to loosen your grip along the way. If you're ready to go deeper... 20. Shedding Your Old Self: Navigating the Messy, Emotional In-Between of Business Growth

In this episode,  I explore the emotional side of entrepreneurship: the death and rebirth cycles you move through every time you grow. Maybe you feel clear about your next direction, or at least feel an undeniable pull towards something, but your body feels tender, confused, or stretched. A new identity is emerging, but the old skin hasn’t fully fallen away yet. The awkward phase where the outside doesn't fully match the inside yet. Inside, I explore: Why every new season of business demands a new version of youHow shedding old versions of yourself works on a somatic levelWhy clarity and confusion can coexist without meaning anything is wrongWhat’s actually happening when your body “lags behind” your new directionHow to stop intellectualizing your emotions and feel them in a way that builds capacityWhy pivoting (again) doesn’t necessarily mean you’re flaky This is a reminder that you don’t become your next-level self by thinking harder. Or rushing, forcing, or shaming yourself. You become the next level version of you by surrendering to the messy middle. Shedding what no longer fits, feeling your emotions, and trusting the unfolding. 19. Reclaiming Your Fire without Burning Out, Even in Your Soft Era

In this episode, I explore what it means to reclaim your fire (your drive, ambition, passion, intensity, and creative aliveness) without burning out. We live in a world that once glorified hustle and now celebrates the “soft girl era,” where we are collectively learning to rest, slow down, and honor our bodies. But as entrepreneurs and daughters of immigrants, it can feel confusing to know how to move at your natural pace. Many of us learned to equate worth with hard work, then swung to the opposite extreme, afraid that intensity might pull us back into survival mode. Maybe you're not burning out now, but you feel financially capped and want to feel more alive. What if your intensity is not the problem? What if the key is learning to calibrate your rhythm, knowing when to sprint, when to rest, and how to honor both your fire and your nervous system? In this episode, I share: How I’ve redefined my relationship to intensity and pressureWhat pressure can teach you about presence, flow, and alivenessHow to honor your natural rhythm through seasons of sprint and recovery, and why rest is essential for sustainabilityWhy sprinting is not “bad” and how to listen to your body while considering your race lengthHow your intensity and softness can coexist and actually need each otherMy personal journey of balancing ambition, motherhood, and peace in business This episode is an invitation to reclaim your full spectrum. You can be soft and powerful, visionary and grounded, deep and playful, alive and at ease. You can crave peace and still love the thrill of creation. It is not about rejecting one side of yourself. It is about learning to trust your rhythm, honor your body, and let your brilliance move at its own pace. 18. Protect Your Vision: Not Everyone Deserves Access to Your Dreams

In this episode of Embody Your Brilliance, I talk about what it means to protect your vision. Especially when you're in a season of transition, rebirth, or growth. When a new idea lights you up, your first instinct might be to share it with everyone: your friends, your family, your partner, even the internet. 👉🏼 But not everyone has the capacity to hold your vision. People experience your dreams through their own filters: their fears, conditioning, and lived experience. And sometimes, the people who love you the most may unknowingly project their own insecurities onto your next chapter. In this episode, I explore: Why some people don’t have the energetic or emotional capacity to hold your expansion, and that's okay How to protect your vision without closing your heart The difference between healthy support and overexposure How to discern who to share your ideas with and curate your team accordingly Your vision deserves to be nurtured in spaces where your fullest, most expansive self can feel safe to shine. Work with me: If you're ready for this kind of support, to bring your highest vision to life and grow a peaceful, profitable business that feels safe and good in your body, Brilliance (my somatic business mastermind) might be for you ❤️‍🔥 We combine business strategy with nervous system support so you can bring your vision to life, without overthinking, overworking, or burning out. 17. Redefining Stability: Having Your Own Back No Matter What

In this episode of Embody Your Brilliance, I talk about stability, safety, and redefining what security actually means. Especially as a daughter of immigrants and an entrepreneur. I grew up hearing that stability came from hard work and a “safe” job: a prestigious college degree, a steady paycheck, and a recognizable company name. But over time, and especially in 2025, we’re seeing how even those “stable” paths aren’t always stable. Through my own journey of navigating corporate jobs, entrepreneurship, and nervous system healing, what I’ve learned this: What’s familiar isn’t always what’s safe. True safety comes from learning to have your own back. To trust your body, your decisions, and your ability to rebuild and thrive no matter what. Whether that involves a corporate job or not. In this episode, I share: Why our nervous systems confuse familiarity with safetyHow daughters of immigrants can rewire their relationship to stabilityThe difference between internal vs. external safetyHow to navigate seasons of uncertainty (like layoffs or business pivots) without losing trust in yourself If you’ve ever felt torn between the comfort of “security” and the pull of your purpose, this episode will help you root back into your self-trust and redefine what stability means for you now. Work with me: If you're ready to grow a thriving, peaceful, profitable business that feels safe, secure, and stable, Brilliance (my somatic business mastermind) might be for you ❤️‍🔥 We combine business strategy with nervous system support so you can bring your vision to life boldly and peacefully. 16. Leverage Your Unfair Advantage: Stop Fighting Your Natural Strengths

I believe everyone has their own version of an unfair advantage. Maybe it’s something that comes so naturally to you that you overlook it, or a strength you’ve discounted because it didn’t take effort. Especially as daughters of immigrants or eldest daughters, we were taught that value comes from trying harder. From pushing, earning, and proving. But what if it’s meant to be easier than that? In this episode, I share how I used to hide parts of myself (my business brain, my intensity, my ability to spot patterns and strategy everywhere), thinking they were “too much” for the healing space. Once I stopped fighting those parts of me and embraced them as part of my existence, everything in my business began to click. This episode is an invitation to stop fighting yourself and start embracing everything that makes you who you are: your lived experiences, passions, strengths, quirks, and the things that feel too easy. They’re not random. They’re your roadmap. You’ll hear me explore: How to identify your unfair advantage: the strengths that feel effortless but powerfulWhy it’s time to stop disqualifying what comes naturallyHow your lived experiences, skills, and passions are all part of your unique brillianceWhat it looks like to build from flow instead of forceThe shift from proving your worth → to embodying it Reflection prompt: What natural strengths have you been hiding or dismissing because they feel “too easy," “too much” or "not relevant"?
