    On this weeks episode we talk with Bill Coughlin.  Bill is a Leadership Development Coach with Lippert Components in Elkhart, Indiana and he is also the Vice President of The Board of Directors for A Rosie Place for Children.  Bill talks about Lippert Components 100,000 Hours of Giving Program and why it's so important to him to not only volunteer for A Rosie Place for Children, but also sit on the board as Vice President. (Bill has a very special reason for being "all" in)  We also get a look from The Board of Directors point of view, as to where we are today (having our doors open for 11 years now) and where we are going in the future under the boards leadership.     Nolan‘s Menkes March

    Steve and Sheena Zent discuss their experience as parents who love and have lost a fragile child, their continuing advocacy for other fragile children, and increasing awareness of Menkes Disease which took their son's life at the age of three.
