Wow, words cannot begin to describe my utter disgust in this podcast. Last year one of the most fun, loving, beautiful human beings to ever walk on the face of the earth was stolen. Her family (yes even her HUSBAND), friends, and coworkers have been devastated by the horrible senseless act of her murder. I knew the day would come when there would be a podcast made of the events, but I never thought that the first one would be as tasteless and horrendous as it was. When the podcast was released, it was a week in a half before the first anniversary of her murder. It technically is also an open case as the murder has been arrested, but it’s unknown if he has taken a plea or is awaiting trial. The most utterly disturbing of all was the hosts attitude as they told the “details” of the case. I pray that they never have to go through a loss like this and then learn that two heartless people, without an ounce of compassion, tell the story of the case, mocking, giggling, and laughing throughout. One of the biggest facts of the case that was omitted was that over 700 family and friends canceled their 4th of July plans to spend that time trying to find the friend that we love. I am truly sad that these two are able to have fun while sensationalizing murders and mocking human being’s sorrows. They will NEVER be the beautiful human being that Masako Kenley was.
