    Episode 2?!?! I know what you're thinking.. where's episode 1? This internet thing is new to me and podcast and youtube and social media and blah blah blah.. so in short I messed up episode 1 so we'll start with this okay!?!  (",)  For this Decaf Session I'm joined by my good friend and fellow MMA enthusiast Renz as we talk about well.. MMA, his experience in the amateur underground scene in the Philippines and what we love about martial art. Expect some honest free flowing discussion from two lads reminiscing and looking forward to getting back in training post-lockdown.
