    EP05 Rain Drop

The Raindrop Technique, created by Gary Young, is a way of layering specific essential oils over the feet and back through a feathering and Vitaflex technique. This experience balances body systems, helps facilitate emotional release, and supports the immune system. Since being certified in the Raindrop technique, I have practiced on my children many times. I have noticed their emotional and physical body systems are more balanced, and their immune systems better able to fight off colds. Once a person has had a Raindrop treatment, they usually always want another one. What is most amazing about this technique is it's so easy to learn and use in your own life. I have been able to teach my family to do this technique, and we all perform raindrop for each other. Listen in to this episode for more on the Raindrop technique and how you can incorporate this into your life!

Stress Away Oil Blend quickly became one of my favorite essential oil blends. With Vanilla and Lime being the strongest notes in this blend, when I apply it to different areas, I immediately feel comforted. Stress Away blend has Copaiba, Lavender, Vanilla, Lime, Ocotea, and Cedarwood and is one of the top oils YL sells. Listen in to see how Stress Away can help lift your mood, and support your body during times of stress.
