    Special Episode: Munira Takes On The Past

    This episode features content that certain listeners may find triggering, such as sexual assault, suck-ass mental health and Stanford's many failures. Munira Takes On The World is coming back for a second season! Until then, though, I made this episode just for y'all. At the start of my senior year, I was going to speak at FACES, a program for incoming undergraduates at Stanford. Unfortunately, shit hit the fan like it usually does and I never was able to give the speech like I was hoping to.  Instead, here's an episode where I retell the FACES speech as honestly/plainly as possible. This episode also features several songs - 'Russian Doll' by Gully Boys, 'Ii Ooy Aniga' by Iftin Band, 'Twentytwo' by Sunflower Bean and 'Fight Like Ida B and Marsha P' by Ric Wilson. I made this with much love and terrific amounts of rage.  Enjoy!
