    Ep. 15 Anxiety Awareness

    Welcome back to Ashley's Alcove- your corner of comfort & conversation! After a week hiatus for my 22nd birthday, we're back to talk about anxiety and awareness around its existence (: I share some tips and tricks that I've learned whilst in therapy for the past two years, and openly talk about some anxious experience in my personal life. Anxiety can cause you to feel like you're alone in your feelings, but I'm here to say you're never alone and I hope Ashley's Alcove is a resource that can help you through these anxious moments.
