    Is this really apart of love (vent sessions)

    I’ve been kinda having this thought on my mind lately and thought I’ll share it with you guys. Can we actually normalize this ? They say you get what you give and I’ve been using this a lot going through my healing process but I want you guys to share your insight on it with me. Is it okay to actually let things go and let things be cordial after the relationship has been torn apart ? And I don’t mean going back to them Or rekindling the relationship but just simply saying “you did what you did and it is what it is” without there being any animosity or hate towards that person.

    Mental health

    This is literally just a rant, I just needed to talk. Right now I feel like there’s a lot going on in life and we all are experiencing similar emotions. Life has been really challenging for me but to say the least I’ve been learning so much while experiencing certain things. I’ve learned so much about mental health and how important it really is to just stay on top of yourself and your priorities. If you’re reading this take care of yourself, love yourself a little extra today and appreciate what and who you have in your life. Don’t take anything for granted and remember it’s okay to feel your emotions! It’s okay to cry! It’s okay to hurt! Embrace all your flaws and love on them a little extra today because YOU matter.

    Heyy everyone welcome to my first podcast this is just the surface of things. I decided this would be the first topic because it’s something Ive been dreading for a while. It has been 412 days since my life has changed and it hasn’t been easy but I’m growing and learning to understand how things work and why they work. I also want to share this experience because a lot of people are afraid to open up about it or hesitant to ask the questions.We tend to be uncomfortable with things we aren’t familiar with and that’s okay because there’s a start for everything. Life after losing a child is so difficult and I want to be the voice of many who can’t speak out about it.
