    Minju Kang candidly shares her imperfect journey with our host Hannah Bateman between rehearsals at Northern Ballet. Minju shares how she was less than keen on ballet when she joined her mother's academy back home in Seoul, South Korea. But with a curious nature and drive to see the world she ventured to Europe and eventually joined Northern Ballet, UK, dancing some prestigious roles.  She relives some highlights, daily challenges, also the ups and downs of auditioning. Minju shares what she wants the audience to remember from her performances. Hannah and Minju discuss how to avoid the traps dancers call fall into of striving for perfection and how they themselves are working towards becoming more sustainable in their day-to-day lives as dancers.

First up, newly crowned Principal of the Royal Ballet and Imperfect Pointes Ambassador Mayara Magri. They touch on Mayara's steps towards the Covent Garden stage from her early years of training in Brazil, her Prix de Lausanne experience, becoming a Principal, working with Mats Ek and designing her first sustainable leotard in collaboration with Imperfect Pointes.
