    𝐄𝐏𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐃𝐄 𝟖𝟔 — 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧-𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 ≠ 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞-𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲: 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝

𝐄𝐏𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐃𝐄 𝟖𝟔 — 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧-𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 ≠ 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞-𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲: 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐎𝐮𝐭 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐈'𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧?🎧 Now streaming on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Amazon Music "𝐈'𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧… 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐮𝐭?" It's the question we get more than almost any other — and the honest answer is almost never a flat yes or no. In this episode, Adam & Dr. Ross break down the gray area most people miss when something starts to hurt: – Hurt vs. injured (and why the old "if you're hurt you can play" rule needs nuance)– The 72-hour flare window vs. the full 21-day healing cycle– Why "I'll just take a week off and be fine" usually backfires– How to 𝒎𝒐𝒅𝒊𝒇𝒚 instead of quit — isometrics, supported variations, swapping your split– Why pain-free doesn't mean performance-ready (deconditioning sets in fast)– The fear factor: how your mindset changes your recovery– Why recovery becomes non-negotiable as you age — the goal isn't to stop the decline, it's to slow it Bottom line: stopping completely is rarely the answer. There's almost always 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 you can train. The skill is knowing what. 🎧 Full episode out now on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Amazon Music.
