    Joe is the Communications Manager of the MENTAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATIONS Group (/www.acttraining.biz/mentalhealthtransformations). The group consists of members who were handpicked by Harry Derbitsky. Each member has suffered severe mental and physical struggles and diagnoses, who then experienced a life-changing transformation in their life, after discovering the 3 Principles teachings of Sydney Banks. Joe and Harry now give talks to podcasts, webinars, and groups from around the world, on how and what they discovered in themselves, can help others to find their own healing. Joe is a coach on HEARTFELT PRESENCE, along with individual clients.     ISP7- Is Peace Of Mind The Perfect Diet? with Yael Abramson

    As a child, Yael Abramson struggled with many insecurities including food and relationship issues, this led to a mental illness diagnosis at 23. After this Yael lived feeling that she was mentally broken and that their was nothing she could do to change that. After coming across the 3P understanding, she gradually began to feel free, she found peace of mind, more security and after one year she lost an amazing 50 kilos without any effort or dieting. Seeing her true nature and understanding that mental states are a part of being human and not a cause of the past or the future have brought a beautiful freedom to Yael. In the light of this understanding Yael has been able to reframe past TRAUMA into her TRUTH and it has given her the ability and strength to share this understanding and help others. Yael is now a Three Principles practitioner with 3PGC, a life coach, and a Rewilding Guide. She also co-facilitates the Missing Link book club in Hebrew with her friend Aviva Pashchur and works with a group of people translating the many books available about this understanding for the Hebrew-speaking community. In this episode, Yael shares how losing weight happened effortlessly after coming across the 3 principles understanding and also how it contributed to eliminate almost all her insecurities and her bipolarism and freed her from medication & worry.     Joe Bailey is a licensed psychologist and for the past forty-six years, Joe’s desire to understand the connection between– Psychological, Physical & Spiritual facets of human beings has pulled him into a deeper understanding of the whole person and away from the current fragmented view. His search led to a health-based approach to counseling, prevention programs, workplace wellness and the attainment of a personal life of peace, joy and fulfillment for all people called Three Principles Psychology, when he met his mentor Sydney Banks in 1980. Sydney continued to mentor and inspire Joe for the next 29 years on a paradigm shift for the field of psychology.
