    We often are placed into situations in which we must look internally in order to make the right decision. These directions may be a quick reaction, however have taken a lifetime to create. When we are torn from our foundational morals and ethics, different emotions can occur.     Welcome to Episode 2 of the Hey Sarge series.  This week we dive into the conversation of "Just Between Us."  As with most of these conversations, the primers of each discussion should create a foundation for understanding what is being asked and what is trying to be conveyed.  I have fallen into several of these categories, both as a police officer and as a supervisor, and have learned a few lessons due to never being exposed to these lessons.  I hope this creates a little direction when encountered, and maybe a little relation to what you yourself have experienced.
