    I was accidently teaching my kids this awful, potentially lifelong habit.

    Healthy choices start when we are tiny children. As a mom, I've taken a serious role in how I can show my daughter's positive body image and also teach them good eating habits that are just a part of life - not something they have to discover as an adult.  Without realizing it, I was starting my kids on a habit that would get them addicted to using food to soothe their comforts.
