My Podcast is about my life as a woman in recovery, identifying as a bisexual. CADC, reiki practitioner, spiritual advisor, life coach and recovery coach. This will also be a platform to share my passion project, Connecting Through Pages: Crossing Words by Design. Which is a way to create mass healing through our love of books and sharing our healing journeys. Inviting individuals to talk about books that transform their lives. And for our non-readers opportunity to hear nuggets of wisdom. I also have a strong connection to spirit and so there will always be that element of surprise. Enjoy!

    Episode 2: Part 2, Introduction

    Deep diving into what you can look forward to in this Podcast. More about the story behind reaching out to Oprah. Touching on the healing journey through grief and loss. Highlighting the fact that most of the time I did not have any clue where my story would take me next. A channeled message for the listeners through Archangel Chamuel. Slowing down, feeling the rhythm through heart coherence and firm steps into the living experience. The use of the word, "kinda" way too much and even after I said, no the right word to use-lol. Helping to remind me and my listeners that it is okay to be a spiritual being having a human experience. Enjoy.

    You can look forward to hearing about who I am, my passion project, and an element of surprise.

    I go into detail about my passion project I have been working on since 2015. Through my recovery from substances over the past 13 plus years I have found myself spending a lot of time coming up with ideas, inspiration and visions around supporting others healing, furthering my own healing through asking for help and collaborating with others. My connection to spirit/God/Universe has been very active and grows stronger over time. My thought was how do we create “healing energy” on a mass level. This idea came to me- to develop a way to help people through their love of books that transform their lives. I also talk about for our non-readers being able to pick up nuggets of wisdom from us discussing books. I am currently working part-time with Elevate Recovery treatment center (LGBTQ). I am also a full time employee at Addiction Professional’s of NC and an entrepreneur. I operate as a energy healer, recovery coach, life coach, mentor, spiritual advisor and I identify as a bisexual woman living in Asheville, NC. I speak to finding someone I love passed away from chronic alcoholism, and the different ways I have found peace through healing. I share about how this Podcast will be a platform for people to share their healing journeys and I will share poetry, coaching tips and have weeks where we do many different themes. Having intuitive flow is the way this Podcast has its very own unique flare making it one of a kind. I want to thank all my friends, family, community and God for all the support and love on my journey. Without all of the help I would not be able to be here.
