    Episode 1: What is Spirituality?

    I wanted to start this podcast to help people gain an access point to some information about practical spiritual practices that are taught throughout many religious beliefs. We are not going to be discussing politics, religion, economics, or the like. This is simply about discussing spiritual practices and their practical application.After some time walking this Earth, I have encountered a great many people and have shared in many amazing experiences. Often I get asked questions about a comment I make, or how I am able to respond to situations in the way that I do, and after some time of explaining the same thing over and over, I finally caved in and began to take the advice of those who I spoke with. They asked me to make this podcast and I am ready to give it all out to the world.I think it is important for me to say that whatever it is I am speaking about is not any "new" information, what we are going to talk about is very ancient in its essence. People have been doing these practices for years! I hope you enjoy this series and that it may help you as it has helped me!
