    Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

    Welcome back fans! We've returned after a very long break to bring you a special episode of coverage for the MCU's latest big screen release: Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness! After last December's big Spider-Man finale leaving our universe cracked and open to other worldly potential threats, Strange now crosses paths with a new super-powered face by the name of America Chavez (a young girl with the ability to literally punch through and traverse between universes). Strange enlists Wanda's help... only to find out Wanda already has other nefarious plans for the girl and her special abilities. If you've come for the action involving the Scarlet Witch, you will not be disappointed! And not only that... be prepared for some MAJOR important cameos (and 2 end credit scenes)!     Hawkeye - Episode 6: So This Is Christmas?

    Holy SMOKES, what a finale, fans! The Avengers’ Number 1 archer finally brings its solo series to an awesome conclusion with Hawkeye’s final episode. Kate and Clint stand together as the team we had been waiting for, and Kingpin takes center stage as one of the series’ final big baddies! [***SPOILERS!***] Well, you can’t say we as fans don’t ever get what we want! Complete with cosplay-level hero costumes, more trick arrows (Bye-Bye, Bros!), and some truly comic-accurate Hawaiian Kingpin, these hosts are considering themselves content in the series conclusion. This week we not only got closure on loose ends, but we also got high quality fight scenes with just the right amount of fun mixed in. And what archer series would be complete in its final episode without quivers overloaded with TRICK ARROWS?! We actually lost count, but that’s ok—there’s always time for a re-binge. Though we do finally find answers to our many questions over the last few weeks, Michelle and Adam still continue to ponder a few others: Is Clint’s story in the MCU finally over? Did Kingpin really meet his end with Maya? Adam thinks not… Does Kate’s toe-to-toe match with Kingpin set the stage for her being worthy of joining the Avengers? Now that we know the watch belonged to Laura, will her theorized alter ego “Mockingbird” come into play in the future? And where on earth is Val in all of this? Regardless of those questions, we believe Hawkeye’s finale was worthy of applause, and we highly recommend binging at least once or twice. One of the biggest highlights to take away, without a doubt, has to be the unforeseen “sisterly bond” between Yelena and Kate, as they can’t decide whether to fight each other or compliment the other’s fighting styles. And if you watch for nothing else, watch it for the final big fight scene—because these archers know their marks! Stream our latest podcast episode as we cover all the fun!     Hawkeye - Episode 5: Ronin

    This week’s episode finds Adam and Michelle on the edge of their seats, with Hawkeye’s fifth episode finally answering some of our biggest questions since the very beginning. Make sure you’re all caught up before reading on! [***SPOILERS!***] As episode 5, “Ronin”, dives deeper into Clint’s entanglement with his former, darker alter ego, all other pending problems for our favorite archer are closing in: Maya, Yelena, and yes—KINGPIN! It’s almost too much excitement to handle in one episode: Yelena’s murder mission girl talk with Kate Clint’s formal farewell speech to Nat at the Avengers memorial The big battle between Maya and Clint Our confirmation that Eleanor is totally sketch And last but not least, Kingpin is finally back in play 😈 Not only that, but Kate finally saves the day (and Clint’s butt!) at the last moment in the late night dealership dual. We can’t believe the series is almost over, but we’ve got one more episode left, and just a couple more loose ends left to tie up: Maya’s new knowledge of domestic double-crossing, Jack’s whereabouts, and of course—the watch!     Hawkeye - Episode 4: Partners, Am I Right?

    What a RUSH! Not only are we finally getting closer to answering our burning questions throughout this series, but this week’s latest episode did not disappoint with a phenomenal final battle scene and a cherry-on-top reveal. Not only that—but are we closer to finding out Michelle’s theory on Eleanor being bad might have been right all along? [***SPOILERS!***] Well, we may have a new theory on our watch mystery now, fans. Could Michelle’s belief that the watch in fact belongs to Clint’s wife, Laura, be accurate? She does, after all, pose some very good points/questions: How would Laura know how to speak German? We’ve never really learned the story of how Clint and Laura met The quote about the watch’s owner “not being in the game anymore” could easily point to Laura and a potential past involving S.H.I.E.L.D. There’s little evidence so far suggesting the specific gender of the owner (so who’s to say it belongs to a man?) As Adam and Michelle continue to ponder their thoughts on that mystery alone, there’s still plenty more to dig into, including that secret call Eleanor made, more comic-accurate Easter eggs, and our hosts’ difficulties with word pronunciations… Adam can’t get enough of Hailee Steinfeld’s natural fangirl energy as Kate (“Can I tell you a secret…? I’m talking to an AVENGER!”). Plus, who doesn’t love a little “partner” holiday bonding over Christmas movies (and trick shots!), superhero B & E’s, and more heart-felt moments over hot chocolate hearing the tale of the shot Clint “didn’t take.” And Michelle calls ‘em like she sees ‘em, perfectly predicting Yelena’s surprise entrance at the episode’s conclusion.     Hawkeye - Episode 3: Echoes

    Michelle and Adam are ready to cover Hawkeye Episode 3: Echoes! This week the series picks back up with Kate and Clint in the clutches of Maya and her nefarious Track Suit Mafia gang… but three episodes in means it’s time to kick some butt! [***SPOILERS!***] It’s TRICK ARROW TIME, FANS! Three weeks of patience and Michelle finally gets her wish to see Clint Barton take all the trick shots as he and Kate skillfully make their way out of the warehouse. Did you catch all the trick arrows? Putty, gas, acid, and PYM PARTICLE just to name a few to top off one of the best scenes yet! Clint and Kate’s escape made for a very entertaining car chase, and yet we still have questions we can’t help but ponder: Was that KINGPIN in Maya’s flashback sequence? Is “Sloan Enterprises” further teasing us that Matt Murdock (and the rest of the Daredevil series) will soon be revealed? When will we see Yelena?! And what is the watch connection?     It’s Hawkeye Episode 2: Hide and Seek! This week, Adam and Michelle discuss Hawkeye’s latest adventures in the new Disney+ series as the MCU’s Clint Barton and Kate Bishop finally cross paths and work together to escape the troublesome “Tracksuit Mafia” gang. [***SPOILERS!***] Michelle and Adam dive into their newest predictions for the series. This week, Clint embarks on a LARP’ing adventure to try and track down the infamous Ronin uniform… Will Clint’s new LARP friend, Grills, become a new and unexpected ally down the road? Is Kate’s mother, Eleanor, secretly hiding more than we realize (and meant to become another villain by series-end)? Is it possible that Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige wishes all us fans would stop deep-diving too much and just enjoy the show??     Hawkeye - Episode 1: Never Meet Your Heroes

    Christmas has come early with our very first episode release of the Disney+ series Hawkeye! The MCU has now finally introduced Kate Bishop, and holiday hijinks are already underway as she starts off the series playing detective and quickly gets in over her head. [***SPOILERS!***] Adam and Michelle kick off their first MCU Disney+ series coverage with Hawkeye Episode 1: Never Meet Your Heroes. This week, we learn how Kate Bishop’s story is tied to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as her story starts back in 2012’s Avengers and the infamous battle of New York. Now, as a young adult “World’s Greatest Archer”, Kate accidentally stumbles upon the Ronin uniform (from Clint’s vigilante time in Avengers: Endgame), and not-so-surprisingly finds herself in all kinds of trouble. Some of this week’s most burning questions: What’s the deal with that secret watch that the mafia gang were after, and who does it belong to? Is Michelle on to something with her hunch about Kate’s mom, Eleanor? Why on Earth aren’t young Kate’s parents immediately screaming and searching for her?
