    Tackling Being the "Other Woman" Insecurity In a Blended Family

    I got married fairly young for today's standards, at 24, so I had to grow up pretty quickly. I had to learn to not only be a wife but how to navigate being a step mom also. Navigating the stepmom experience not only includes the child but also the mom of the child and the insecurities that may come with it.     Embracing Saggy Boobs and Stretch Marks

    I got a really bad comment that made me focus and realize that I had to work through a couple of body issues. I have worked hard on my body to make sure I am healthy but there are still some insecurities that were triggered by the hateful comment that I wanted to talk about with you mamas.     Changing A Close Relationship is OK

    Don't be afraid for close relationships to change their "status" in your life. It is a normal part of life that we tend to not accept that leads to hurt and destruction. BUT what if we accepted that no matter the relation that this can be a necessary part of life so that all parties involved can grow and flourish as they were meant. It is ok mama to do this, scratch that, it's MORE than ok. It's more than ok to show love to yourself and to others by not holding on to once was or what you once thought. Love should always be the forefront and love sometimes has to let go.
