Audio Diaries - Healing Baby Chante ✨

Wheeeew Chile, in this audio diary, as I deeply reflect on why I lack in setting boundaries and why I lack in having self-worth sometimes, stemming from some childhood experiences. I have been humbled once again 😩😭 It’s still uncomfortable being vulnerable or “telling my business” publicly, but talking to myself and sharing it here is helping me and will continue helping me grow stronger in my self-worth and identity . ❤️

Sometimes social media is good for self reflection because those two reels helped me to come to this realization lololol. And it just happen to be right on time because lately every where I turn, I’m reminded of how much I actually want a relationship and to connect with whoever my person is.
