It takes a lot of hard work and dedication in order to lose weight and battle against diseases and illnesses. We will also be talking about the benefits of food.     In this episode, welcome to season two of this podcast where we’re gonna be talking about in this episode out with the old and in with the new when it comes to the old and the new version of you. A lot of people want to bring the old version of themselves into the new version of themselves they are now, and are becoming. The problem is, you cannot bring the old version of yourself into the present, and future version of you without there being some type of complication. You cannot continue to do the same thing in your past that do not work for you when it comes to the new and future version of yourself. You cannot continue dealing with the same type of people that are bringing you down, and causing pain, suffering, trauma, abuse, leaking, lying, taking advantage of, leading you astray, bamboozling, manipulating, and leading you down a paths of chaos and destruction. So many people want to start out for, but they’re still the same person they were before they started over, and are only gonna get the same result. You have to change completely, pure and cleanse yourself of all of the negativity that’s holding you back from moving forward, relinquishing the negativity, and sending it back from which it came, accepting things for what they are, as well as taking accountability for your part of how your life turned out based on letting people lead you astray, distract, and keep you from the path that you were meant to be on, the success that you were supposed to have, and what it is that you were supposed to do, B, and become. So I talk about my life, and how I looked at everything in my life, realize where I went wrong, make amends for how I allowed people to hurt me, took accountability for what I allow people to do to me, and me allowing people to lead me astray. And now that my slate is clean, and I can move forward becoming a new version of myself due to relinquishing and cleansing myself internally and externally, to purify myself all the negativity that was holding me back from my greatness, keeping me from the path that I was supposed to be on, and what was keeping me from becoming the person that I was supposed to be. If you choose and decide to eat, unhealthy, then your actions and behavior are going to actually do what you’ve decided and chose to do, and that negative thing you ate is going to impact and affect your internal health and wellness. Everything you consume and acknowledge through your five senses is going to impact an effect your choices and decisions, action and behavior. So before you do anything, you need to understand the consequences, repercussions, and karma of your actions, behavior, choices, and decisions, as far as how they will be impacted and affected when it comes to your health and wellness negatively or positively. Do my journey, I’ve come to this realization when it comes to deciding what is best for me when it comes to everything that I do from who I bring into my world, the environments that I live in, the way I go about things, and what makes me happy.     In this episode, we talk about how to obtain and maintain your overall health and wellness that you have done to form a foundation that is going to keep you healthy and well for a long period of time I’m discussing the purpose of discipline, determination, breaking habits, letting go of what doesn’t serve you, consuming things that are gonna be good for your health and wellness, obtaining, and maintaining all of these new things that you’re gonna do that would be the foundation to your overall health and wellness from this day forward every day. Healing and recovery is a lifestyle, it’s not a temporary fix. The things that you discovered during your healing and recovery when it comes to your health and wellness, and other parts of your life will be based on the things that you pick up that are gonna become the foundation of what your standards, and what you believe in are gonna be based on. Is this journey going to be easy, no? Once you heal, recover, and get healthy and well, do you stop the things that you did when you were going through the illnesses, diseases, mental health, issues, weight, loss, challenges, and other things that were affecting and impacting your health and wellness in all aspects, yes. You don’t stop the things that you did to get you where you were because you are where you want to be based on the the goals that you set aside to get you to that place. You will continue everything that you learned to maintain the progress that you’ve done. You may have to alter and adjust a few things once you reach these goals, but it doesn’t mean that you don’t work as hard as you did before you reach your goals. Because those things become your foundation.
