    This week I finally sit down and talk to one of the most inspiring people in my life, my dad! It's always refreshing speaking with someone who shares similar interests and mindset with you, but this man goes beyond that. Over the last 15 years, he's had two big life scares and continues to get back up, start over, and come back stronger! Keep hammering daddio.

    E50 | Pregnancy Update, Third Trimester

    We are in the final stretch of pregnancy and I'm still feeling like a rockstar! Throughout this entire pregnancy I have made it a point to look at the positive and ignore the negative and I am proud to say that this trimester has been no exception. New symptoms are arising, we have a couple of updates to share, but at the end of the day I am beyond grateful for this experience and continue to enjoy every minute of it.

    The holiday seasons can be a time of cheer and laughter, but for many of us we find ourselves either feeling guilty or stressed. Don't let the hustle and bustle of the holiday season bring you down, but instead be present and enjoy time with those you love. There's always a decision we can make for what we want - choose what you want and find happiness in it.

    Winter is here! For some of us, we have been dreading this moment, but we need to remember to find joy in everything we do and everything that is brought to us. That's why I thought it'd be fun to put together a few activities we can do this winter. I hope you are able to find joy in the cold and enjoy this time of year 🤍
