    Our guest today is best-selling author and writing teacher Laura Davis. In her 30+ year career as an author, Laura has written seven non-fiction books that have changed peoples' lives.     Our guest today is Leanne Ellington is a leading expert in women's emotional health and disordered eating. She is also an International speaker, CEO and Founder of the Stressless Eating Education System, author of the book Stressless Eating, and host of the Stressless Eating Podcast. Her life's work is dedicated to helping women take the stress, emotion, and obsession out of food and get off the diet roller coaster for good. In this episode Leanne shares about her own personal journey of being overweight most of her life and that when she lost nearly 100 pounds in adulthood, it actually increased her emotional distress. So it wasn't until she healed her disordered eating and her self-image and body-image struggles that she truly found freedom. And that is what drives Leanne to help other women break out of their own food and body prisons. I also want to mention that Leanne specifically works with women, so it is women that we discuss in this episode. However, I want to acknowledge the thousands and thousands of men and other gendered people also struggle with their own body-image issues, body dysmorphia, eating disorders and disordered eating and it's important for them to also get the help that they need.     Our guest today is someone I have recently been working with, so I am excited to share about their work! Nicole Perez is a certified, clinical transpersonal hypnotherapist. At only 11 years old, she read her first book on hypnotherapy and it has stuck with her ever since. In this episode Nicole shares with us about her own personal story of healing, as well as what exactly hypnotherapy is and how it creates transformation on a subconscious level. She also discusses how our subconscious programming is the blue print for our lives and how these blue prints impact our choices which affect us emotionally, physically and spiritually. Meaghan is a Certified Pranic Healer and Horse Medicine facilitator as well as a Spiritual Coach. I first met Meaghan three years ago when I escaped Sacramento for a week and went on a sort of soul-healing journey. I stayed at her Airbnb and received some amazing healing work from her and her staff. In this episode we explore what exactly Pranic healing is as well as Meaghan's personal journey of healing. She also explains what exactly horse divination work is and how she uses the horses to channel people's higher selves.     Our guest today, Robin Tag, comes to us from Minorca Island in Spain, where he lives and runs a retreat center with his partner. Robin Tag is a physical therapist, yoga teacher, trainer, and shamanic practitioner from Finland. In this episode Robin shares in detail about his shamanic practice as well as his own personal journey of self-acceptance and how it took him tuning into his body and spiritual connection to help him heal. I first met Robin in Sacramento, as he was visiting with my brother and our good friend Josh. Robin has hosted workshops at Yoga Shala as well as all over the world. He is also co-owner of the Nordic Yoga Institute in Sweden. Through the lens of embodied mindfulness and shamanism, Robin teaches with the intention to help you inhabit your body and familiarize yourself with the timeless, spiritual aspects of you.
