You will immediately become present, feel more content and be able to expand your awareness beyond the challenges you are facing in your life. What do you want to give thanks for today?     BREATHWORK – Breathing Life (Deep Belly Pranayama)

    Within this breathwork session, I will guide you through a deep belly breathing technique that is designed to bring you into presence and out of your body's stress response. When the breath moves deep down into the pockets of your lungs you are activating the nerve endings of the vagus nerve which offers instant relaxation and a feeling of trust. It furthermore raises your awareness and reconnects you with your body.  Breathwork techniques are called pranayama (Sanskrit). Prana means life force.     MEDITATION – Softening into the Presence of your Heart

    Within this meditation, I will guide you into the sacred space of your heart. Your heart is the center of love and compassion and the home of your true essence. When we breathe into our heart and pair it with an elevated emotion like self-love, we sync our heart rate with the earth's frequency. This state is called heart-coherence and it is characterized by increased order and harmony in both our psychological (mental and emotional) and physiological (bodily) processes. This is a gentle and loving guided meditation that you can come back to for practicing self-love, calmness and connection.
