    My guest today is Thomas Josnik, Global Director of Motorsport at PUMA, proud boy dad, and probably the most competitive guy I know in sports. Thomas has had an amazing career journey, which led him to work in many different areas of the company, from kids to tennis and since almost 10 years, in motorsport.  Over the course of almost 20 years in an extremely fast paced industry, Thomas witnessed highs and lows, trends rising and fading, as well as important industry shifts and had to navigate all sorts of challenges put in front of him. He is one of the people I most enjoyed working with in my career and I have always admired his ability to keep his cool in the most demanding and stressful situations, while managing to still keep a smile on his face and have a nice word of encouragement for his team. When I think about an empathetic and inspiring leader, Thomas always comes to mind, and that’s why I am so happy he accepted my invitation to have a chat about all things coaching, leadership and creativity.     My guest today is Jaime Rivera, hondureño, Chief Creative Officer at highly popular tech review platform PocketNow.com, successful YouTuber, passionate runner and father to three amazing children. He is a master planner and creator of all sort of productivity systems AND the only person that I know that can plan a year's work schedule in just a few days. He and I crossed paths for the first time a few years ago when we collaborated on the launch of a Smartwatch, and since then I have been one of the millions of followers he has on social media, always impressed by his communication skills and confidence.
