I’m Dr. Gene A.White Jr., and for years I built a platform around leading well under pressure, at work, in the boardroom, wherever the stakes were visible. Then I became a father again, and I realized something I couldn’t unsee, the hardest leadership test I’ll ever face doesn’t come with an audience. It happens at home, on the days no one’s watching and no one’s grading. This show is about that overlap. Leadership and fatherhood, tested by the same pressure, revealed by the same Arc.
