HIER Space is where spirit meets stillness — a contemplative podcast by Michael A. Clarke, blending sound, story, and silence in rhythm with the Caribbean soul. Each episode invites you into a moment of renewal — through reflections inspired by nature, the elements, and the lived experience of becoming. Rooted in the waters, winds, and wisdom of the Caribbean, these reflections explore how we awaken, let go, rebuild, and live with grace in a world always in motion. 💧 HIER — Holistic Integration for Embodied Renewal — is both a framework and a flow: an invitation to live from the centre, where body, spirit, and consciousness meet. Listen to slow down. Reflect to reconnect. Flow to remember who you are. #HIERLife #HIERSpace #CaribbeanSoul #Stillness #SpiritualGrowth #SoundHealing

    The DIvine is not nervous

A reflection on the changing times that we are currently in.

  2. Aug 12

    They that Wait

On a bus, as a boy, a passage I had never learned rose up in me, whole: they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. It has walked with me ever since — and slowly it has taught me that waiting is not lying down. It is the hardest, most active thing there is. And the door we spend our lives waiting on may not open the way we imagine. It opens inward.

Going Out and Coming in - On presence, rhythm and the stillness we have forgotten

We have become so caught up in doing that we no longer return to being. Yet everything in life pulses — it goes out, and it comes in — and the coming in is not idleness but the way we are nourished. A reflection on presence, the rhythm we have lost, and the healing that is already within reach.

  4. Jul 25

What's the difference between being fixed and being healed? More than you'd think.

Many of us want to be fixed. Very few want to be healed. A reflection on the difference — and why healing, not just the fix, is the deeper invitation.
