    Hey guys, this is the first recording of El Ciclo de la Vida with special guests Mary Ann Sedor and Hassan Najfi. MA is a beautiful soul who has plenty of life experiences and knowledge to provide for us. She has her own life coaching business and podcast go listen to her! Hassan is a young buck who has plenty of youthful enthusiasm and energy to bring to the table.  This episode we talked about sports and the hardships of cycling in the first third of the podcast. We then go on to talk about life experiences and hardships. How can we overcome the things in our lives? We answer these questions and more on the second third of the podcast. The last third is one of many crazy stories that MA has experienced in her life, definitely worth a listen! Spoiler alert, there's milking and lots of spit!
