I love them both and they are very entertaining, I truly believe they mean well. However, the level of basic understanding and knowledge of truly middle school level facts that they do not know, comprehend or understand is baffling. For non-upper class non-nepo-babies who didn’t have perfect families with vacation homes, this is hard to relate to. Because many of the things that somehow they wildly don’t know, we had to know because they actually matter to us. Things that would never, and have never impacted them or their class. So I get why they have literally, in the truest sense, no understanding of the real world. What they complain about as if it is a meaningful problem is not relatable and so hard to listen to. What is worse is that they spread misinformation and perpetuate non-educated and straight up false takes on basic knowledge that is lowering the general IQ of all who listen. As I said, I truly think they are good people and mean well. That being said if they are going to speak on domestic, international, history, or anything frankly more than Kardashian reality show level content they need to at least conduct basic self education of middle school standard education. The absence of this will further propagate misinformation, ignorance, apathy towards understanding of working class people, and frankly general idiocy. Like you don’t know what NATO is, you don’t know anything about the draft, you don’t know how the internet works, and so so many other basic facts. Because they live in a world of no risk cause they can always fall back on mommy and daddy’s money. Also most recent episode stating Conor “knows a lot about politics” is pathetic because he lacks a 7th grade knowledge of the world overall domestic and geopolitical situation as a full 30 yo man. Would love for him to learn but so sad he and Brook are influencing future generations. I am liberal, not a Trumper just to say.
