With the director so busy with the Knives Out films, it looks like we have awhile before he helms any Star Wars movies. However, where would he go in a galaxy far far away?     Welcome to Jawa Chatter, the Star Wars podcast, and your one-stop shop for all Star Wars news and content! Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order was one of our favorite video games. Star Wars Jedi Survivor is one of, if not our most anticipated video game of 2023. Nothing could have made us happier than the reveal of a book that takes place in between Jedi Fallen Order and Jedi Fallen Survivor! That’s right, Star Wars Jedi Battle Scars is a book that is being written by Sam Maggs and releases on March 7th. This will take place somewhere between the five years of the events of both games and will follow Cal Kestis and the crew of the Mantis, Cere, Greez, and best Nightsister Merrin. If that’s not enough, we also have the reveal of the behind-the-scenes book of the making of Jedi Fallen Survivor that releases on May 2nd. The Art of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on May 2, 2023. “This behind-the-scenes look will "chronicle the development of the game, collecting concept art and creator commentary in an oversized, full-color hardcover." Does this reveal a potential release date for the game? Potentially. It was previously announced the Star Wars title would release in Q1 aka between January and March.     Today is Star Wars news! The Mandalorian Season 3 Trailer leaked, the Emmy nominations for Star Wars was announced and in case you missed it Commander Cody's cut role from Obi-Wan Kenobi show? This week it's just Jeffers as we honestly don't have anything for the three of us to deep dive into, it's oddly quiet in the Star Wars universe, but that won't last and we expect the three of us to be back next week. For now, we have a short and sweet episode that includes the Mando trailer leak, Star Wars Visions and Book of Boba Fett Emmy Nominations and if you didn't catch it, a writer from the original Obi-Wan Kenobi concept aka the movie it was supposed to be, reveals that Commander Cody from Clone Wars and Revenge of the Sith had a role in the show that was cut.
