    City and Arsenal settled for a draw in their Premier League clash at the Etihad, with neither side able to break the deadlock in a tense, hard-fought match. It marked the first time in 58 games that City failed to score at home. With this result, Liverpool reclaimed the top spot in the league standings.     Sébastien Haller scored late to fire host nation Ivory Coast to a remarkable Africa Cup of Nations title with a 2-1 victory over rival Nigeria in the final on Sunday.  Also, goals from Alejandro Grimaldo, Josip Stanisic and Jeremie Frimpong send them five points clear at the top of the table in Germany.
