    Metasha want’s to inspire woman who are mothers to embrace their motherhood journey and want’s to encourage everyone to maintain their culture. Sadly a lot of societies don’t value a woman’s contribution as a mother, whether you are a stay at home mum or a working mum. The pressure of being everything for everyone all the time especially in todays culture is overwhelming.   I am a proudly South African mum of 7, now living in Oxford UK. Inspired by the tradition of baby massage and my desire to find a way to be more present and connected with my growing family, I left my pharmacy career to  start a parent and baby wellness business. I support woman by teaching them useful techniques such as baby massage and Baby yoga. I also provide community and a welcoming space for mums and mums to be. My passion for supporting mums and babies has led me to launch my motherhood mentorship coaching program which aims to empower woman to reach their full potential resulting in happier families.   Metasha’s online baby massage course will be released by the end of August, anyone interested in learning baby massage will be able to do so in the comfort of their own home, anywhere in the world.     Ep #40 – “Sparking Your Positivity - 13 brain aneurysm operations” – Gavaskar Naidoo

    Gavaskar is from Mobeni Heights in Durban, South Africa. He turned 43 recently. Gavaskar has an illness called AVM – which is a brain aneurysm and vascular malfunction of the brain, which is too much blood pressure fluid flowing to the brain. He has a coil and glue in his head that cuts off the blood pressure fluid flow to his brain. Dr Royston who saw him for the first time, told his parents to take his car keys away, as he is ticking like a time bomb and could cause a major accident in the road.   In 2010 he had 13 brain aneurysm operations and there after another 3 ear operations, where he found out that he had a hole in his ear.     Khomotjo Lizzy Komape, 40 yrs old, I started my Primary school in 1989 and completed my matric in 2000. Studied Tourism Management, then I started my work in the Tourism industry as a travel consultant and now I am working as a Front office Attendant.     Dr Mukherji shares how he manages to strike a work life balance in all these aspects of his life, as an entrepreneur, as a surgeon and as an artist?   Dr Srijon is Director of CIMS, in Kolkata as well Professor at Rama University, Kanpur, India. He is a self taught painter and a prolific artist. He has carved a niche of his own through his work in the speciality of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and continues to not only operate and treat patients but also guide upcoming surgeons from other specialities like Plastic surgery and ENT along with Maxillofacial surgeons at his institute since last 15 years. He has published numerous clinical research papers which have featured in various international and national journals. Dr Mukherji has established a non-profit called Face Savers for the patients who can't afford to get operated.     Liora has a teaching degree and has over 16 years experience teaching children in junior and pre primary school. She is a mother of two teens and has been running her late husbands leak detection business for the last 3 and a half years.   In Liora’s words… “How can one feel so much anguish, pain and loss, and at the same moment such a sense of gratitude and peace? Gratitude that Shaun was finally free from the pain of the last 3 years. Gratitude for the gift of having walked our journey together up to this point. Marriage, two incredible children, all the ups and downs… And then the horror of his accident, three trauma filled years, the loss of my soul mate and all the overwhelming feelings of that!     Ep #35 – “Where you come from does not determine who you are!” – Sabin Nair

    Sabin Nair was born in Chatsworth and grew in a small town called Mmabatho. He is currently CEO of PCS Global, Founder of Origin21, serial entrepreneur and a qualified electrical engineer. His entrepreneurial journey started at the age of 9 where he sold stickers in primary school. Unlike most students, he spent his holidays working in the family business acquiring basic business fundamentals. Since then he has been through many challenges but has persevered thorough it all. He’s survived the fatal shooting of his father, near bankruptcy,  burning down of his house and even a near death experience.   After completing his electrical engineering degree at Wits university he studied further to complete his diploma in Industrial engineering as well obtained his first line business management qualification from the university of South Africa. He entered the corporate world through a bursary at Iscor where he achieved awards for project with best value proposition. From there Sabin worked for the likes of BMW and Siemens as a process control engineer.   In 2009 he had eventually had enough of corporate life and had to decided to take a leap of faith and opened up his our engineering firm with some of his co-founders. Since then he has grown the engineering firm into a global business with 6 branches covering 4 countries and 2 continents.
