    Do you need a side hustle?

    Hi Guys, Hope you are all well, this weeks episode is more of a chilled catch up on what's been going on over the past two weeks and how the bank holidays should be the new way forward (obsessed with a good bank holiday). I am also talking about little side hustle's people have going on like Only Fans, Ebay, Vinted/depop, virtual assistant and more.. people are rolling in it these days with online jobs, businesses and success and I'm curious and want a bit of the action!     What would you tell your 16 year old self

    Helloo,  On today's episode I will be taking you back to when you were 16 - talking about what it was like when I was 16 which was quite a while back now sigh, the pressures, trends and lifestyle and how it is COMPLETELY different now! I also have my little sister who is 16 and she will be talking about how it is now for her as 16 and what school was like compared for her compared to my school experience. I'll share the advice from my friends and myself on what we would tell our 16 year old friends now and talk about how social media plays a huge role in a teenagers life nowadays.  I loved doing this episode this week with my sister and listening to all the difference we have both experience in our school days and how far the world of social media and general life has come (quite scary actually) but also have some laughs and reminiscence some great memories I have from the school days. I'll be talking about the pressures we face in this day and age as people in our 20's and how we put A LOT of pressure on ourselves to keep up with trends and lifestyles. Do you want to travel, do you want a family, do you want a quiet life,  do you want to save all your money, do you want to get shitfaced every weekend but also be successful ugh it can all be a lot to handle.     Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

    Hello!!! After my recent diagnosis of PCOS I wanted to do this episode about PCOS and explain what is is, how it affects people and my personal story of how it has affected me. This affects 1 in 10 women across the country and everyone has their own experiences. I  will be discussing advice and information I have read from support groups and instagram pages which provide tips on how to manage this and keep symptoms on a low. This can really affect you physically due to changes on your body and face and also mentally so I want people to know your not alone and there is a great support system out there and if you suffer then I'm going through this with you too but its not all negative most people lead a perfectly happy healthy lifestyle with this condition so of course there's some positive vibes thrown out there as well!     International Womens Day!

    Hi guys,  Welcome back for another episode.. this week was international womens day aaay! This week I'll be discussing how it is to be a women in todays society the struggles in the work place and overcoming male dominance and how it can be hard to be respected as a women manager. Sexual harassment in the work place, a night out or any social setting. How women DONT feel safe to walk down the road alone at night and talk briefly about the events that have happened over the past year involving women being attacked or violated, how change needs to happen and how we can try and overcome this and make the world a safer place. ALSO talk about how we as women are changing the world, how there is more successful women out there inspiring other women and girls to do what they want and how we are just 'independent women who need noooo man'. How social media plays a HUGE role in making people feel shameful about the way they look and comparing ourselves to each other or airbrushed bodies that we see on our screens everyday. Think back to when you were younger and you never even thought about your body shape or size and how overtime it has become an obsession we are all sucked into.     Online shopping pros and cons, where's the love for our midsize gals and modelling horror stories...

    Hey girls,  Welcome back.. this weeks episode I'll be talking online shopping how we all LOVE it and it is the new way to shop and how its improved welcoming diversity over the years. Talking about taking the plunge and ordering 5 different dresses and feeling all excited when you order something you love to then try it on and it make you feel shit. I will talk about midsize fashion and how it is a huge gap in the modelling/fashion industry and it leaves a lot of women stuck and feeling out of touch when trying to order clothes online. I will also talk about some modelling stories I've received from my friends and how it sucked them in and try to change who they are as a person and mould them into something the brand wanted. Discuss some of the toxic traits the modelling industry hold BUT also talk about the changes that are happening (it cant all be negative lol) and how in the past 10 years we have made some great changes and we finally see people who look like ourselves on runways, covers and online.
