She is finally doing it, and that transition is causing some stress in the family and among her 3 kids. They are finding it hard to get along. We talk about playful ways to lighten the mood and to get them to help out in this transition–actively participate in the transition instead of just suffering the results of mom having less time. They live in Germany, and on the way to Ella's daycare, they saw a bunch of refugees standing in line from Ukraine. This sparked a lot of fear in Ella and the other kids at the daycare.
