    Chipper is a Brooklyn-based Leatherman, Handler, and kink educator whose recovery journey reshaped every part of his life. A recovering crystal meth addict with 6 years and 10 months of continuous sobriety (at the time of recording), he began exploring kink privately while still using and later learned to rebuild healthier relationships with the practices he loved. Sobriety brought him out of the shadows and into community, transforming kink from a private form of gratification into a pathway for connection, advocacy, and education. Today, his work centers on harm reduction, consent, and creating spaces where queer folk can discover themselves without shame.     Self-admitting drunk, slut and unfit mother (according to his best friend) who fell quite literally into fisting, discovered a natural affinity with deep, so got a depth gauge tattooed on his ‘deep arm’ (accurate to 1/32nd of an inch.) Had way more than his ‘fair share’ of fist cherries and double cherries. Turned FF vers and, could take EVERYTHING he was give. Got clean from IV meth, ket & mdma all injected together but had to walk away from chemsex to stay clean, so far… will he go back to ‘clean’ FF? In terms of recovery, so far so good.     Ed Firth is the portraitist and graphic novelist behind the Horny & High graphic novel series exploring addiction and romance in underground gay subcultures in 2010s Britain, published in a German translation by Männerschwarm in Berlin, and in the USA by NorthWest Press. His debut was shortlisted for the Myriad First Graphic Novel Prize and in 2022 he placed second in the Observer/Faber Short Graphic Story Competition.
