    April is African American Women’s Fitness Month, National Minority Health Month, and move more month.  This month is all about educating African American women about how they can be more active in their day-to-day lives and health issues facing racial and ethnic minorities. In this episode, we discuss some things related to fitness, health, and movement! Menopause and perimenopause relief are two hot topics we address.
