    TW: In this episode I discuss some things that have been on my mind lately and that I have been crawling by the nails out of. Some topics discussed may be triggering to some listeners so be advised. I also talk about the struggle of getting back to the good place everyone wants to be in all of the time, but when pushing themselves too far you have to take a step back and make lifestyle changes for the better. Taking breaks is important and doing things that are good for you and your body are important too.     This episode covers what it is like to have social anxiety and how mine affects me everyday. Due to the impacts of it, I come up with better and easier ways to make friends in a more comfortable format like the podcast or on games I play. This is also a little episode to get to know me a bit more so it is easier to understand me as well as hopefully see me as a virtual friend that can help with advice later in the future episodes.
